Java Applet writing to a file

• Flash w/ (JavaScript, Applet, Java Plug-In, and policy file) writes to a local file.
  Currently works with IE only. (Warning: Not working now - was at one time and don't have time to figure out why..)
  MyAppletWriteFile_Flash - Example of Flash 5 saving data to a local file via  JavaScript and a signed applet.  Then later reading the data via JavaScript and a signed applet.  The policy file steps listed here is necessary to use the Java Plug-in.  Complete the steps above and this Flash file should work from my site and from a local file system via a browser.
