Clipper - CGI

This program will not work from the internet because my provider only allows scripts.   This program (exe) was created in Clipper - a programming language like DBase.  It must be run from the "local drive" or a LAN (Novell, also NT) as an intranet program. 

• Click here (216kb) - download a zip file with all the neccessary files.
• You will need to extract the zip file: webclp.exe, mtlogo.jpb, webclp.bat & webcgi.htm
• You will also need to modify webclp.bat to change drive & cd to your directory (fullpath only!)
• In windows explorer, launch "webcgi.htm".
• Challenges: 
  1. Don't know how to pass a parameter to a DOS batch file.  It looks like the href & action values must represent just the filename.  Also tried "?" (ex: webclp?Hello).

Does not work.

From a DOS Prompt try:  webclp.exe Hello   (This works fine!).
